Give contact information to your participants

As a tournament organizer, you ought to make sure your participants are able to contact you in case they have questions or information for you.
To make the process easier, we provided you with several means to let them get in touch, available in a tournament's settings.

Main Contact Means

  • Email
  • Discord (make sure the link is a Permanent Invite or lasts at least as long as your tournament does)

These information are displayed on the public page, mobile application, registration form and confirmation emails. They are not required, but really go a long way into a great tournament experience for everyone.

Alternatively, you can also fill the Website from the General Settings, and add any and all information you deem useful in the Description or Rules part of the Details settings of your tournament!
